Contracts Manager (Construction Industry)

Salary – £40,000+ (DOE)

Our client – one of the countries’s leading providers of platforms, walkways, handrailing, stairtreads, metalwork and much more- is looking for an experienced contracts manager to manage anything up to 5 contracts at any one time (usually 3 contracts).
The ideal candidate will be a terrific relationship builder and understand the importance of selling the business to clients when on site. You will have a proactive attitude towards projects and an understanding of the importance of completing tasks ahead of time.
Construction industry experience is essential as the projects being managed are demanding and require an experienced contracts manager to be able to hit the floor running. An understanding of current Health & Safety reg’s is also essential.
Man management skills are paramount for this role. You will be managing upwards of 30 people per project.
