A new and exciting position has been created at the A4 Plus office to assist in the day to day administration for the business. We are looking for a versatile Administrator to assist with Administration across the business as a whole, including assisting the MD, Operations Manager and Recruitment department. This role has been created due to the company expanding and we require support with the day to day tasks.
A4 Plus is a niche business which will expose the Administration Assistant to a wide variety of tasks which include (but not limited to):
- Manning the reception desk
- Answering phone calls
- Emailing clients/suppliers
- Filing (both physically and digitally)
- Day to day administration tasks
This role is a fixed term contract for 1 year. The Administration Assistant will work 20 hours a week over 4 days (Must be able to work Monday's and Wednesday's). These hours are flexible and can fit into office hours (9am - 5.30pm).
We are a close knit team here at A4 Plus, so we are looking for someone to fit and grow with us. Although this is a fixed term contract, this position may become a permanent position with the opportunity to grow as the company expands. The candidates we are looking to hear from are preferably people with Administration experience, but we are predominantly looking for someone who can use their initiative and be proactive.
